Easy Bison Dinner

 1 lb. Ground Bison

12 Small Red Potatoes
4 Carrots cut across in quarters
4 Celery stalks quartered
1 Green pepper quartered
Salt and pepper
Tinfoil- four 18″ x 18″ squares
Preheat oven to 350°. Add diced onion and 1/4 tsp. black pepper to ground bison. Knead to good mix. Make eight (8) meatballs and brown completely over high heat in fry pan. Place two meatballs, three potatoes, four pieces of carrot and celery, and one quarter of green pepper on tinfoil, season to taste, wrap and seal tightly. Cook by simply placing the foil pouches in the oven at 350° for one (1) hour. Serve pouches on a plate to be opened when you are ready to eat.
