Oriental Bison with Rice

1 lb. bison round steak cut cross grain into 1/4 inch strips (cut while still partially frozen)
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp flour
1 green pepper sliced
1 large onion sliced
1 pinch fresh ginger
1 small can mushrooms
2 Tbsp molasses
3 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 (10 oz) can green beans or whole sweet peapods

Place bison strips, flour, salt and pepper in crock pot. Stir well to coat strips. Add remaining (except for beans/peas) ingredients. Cover and cook on low setting for 6 hours. Add beans/peas at about the 5th hour. Serve over rice.
