Bison Biscuits and Gravy

1-1/2 lbs. ground bison
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
Salt and Pepper to taste (More pepper is better)
1 tsp. Zesty Mrs. Dash
2 cups milk with 6 Tbsp flour mixed/shaken thoroughly

Brown ground bison very well (crispy) in large cast-iron skillet. Add onion, green pepper, Mrs. Dash, salt and pepper, cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Add milk flour mixture, Stirring constantly over medium heat bring to HIGH boil until thickened.

Serve over buttered flaky biscuits with eggs to your taste.
