Meetings

The Kansas Buffalo Association meets three times a year, plus has a booth at the Kansas State Fair in Hutchinson (in the Pride building) and has an annual sale the first week of December in Salina.

(Please note: The KBA meeting and social that was planned for May 19, 2012, has been canceled due to conflicts.)

Bison Advantage Workshop

Plan to join us on Oct. 13 for the Bison Advantage Workshop held at the relaxing The Lodge in Baldwin City, KS.

Tentative plans:

Saturday will be a full day of speakers pertaining to raising buffalo. If you’re interested in raising bison, or just got a few to start your own herd, this is the perfect place to learn, and visit with veteran bison producers.

But first, plan to check in Friday evening to visit with bison producers at an informal social.

And please, cap off the weekend with a Sunday tour of the Hanna Bison Ranch before heading home.

More details will be posted here, so please continue to check back to this KBA website page.
